Connect dataextractor.io to Odoo to ingest vendor bills, purchase orders, and product data. Auto-create vendor bills with extracted line items, match against Odoo product variants, and let Odoo handle the accounting workflow from there.

Setup

1. 1

   Connect Odoo

   Provide Odoo URL, database, and API key from the Integrations page.

   Map products

   Configure how extracted SKUs map to Odoo product.product records (default templates or custom).

   Run extraction

   Upload vendor bills — they appear as draft bills in Odoo, ready for validation.
