Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Draft — pending legal counsel review. Not yet a binding agreement. Questions: legal@dataextractor.io.

1. Agreement

By accessing or using dataextractor.io (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The Service

We provide AI-powered extraction of structured data from documents, plus related APIs, integrations, and review tooling. Features and limits may change as the product evolves.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content and for complying with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, attempt to breach security or access other tenants’ data, or resell the Service without authorization.

5. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans and credits are billed as described on the pricing page. Extraction is metered in credits. We may change pricing with notice.

6. Availability & accuracy

Extraction is probabilistic and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties except as required by law. Service levels for Enterprise plans are set out in the applicable order.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

9. Changes

We will update this page and the “last updated” date when these terms change.
