Connect dataextractor.io to SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business One to push extracted invoice headers, line items, and pricing into material master records. Match extracted SKUs against your SAP catalog with fuzzy matching, validate prices against contract terms, and post documents back to SAP without manual rekeying.

Setup

1. 1

   Connect SAP

   Provide SAP RFC credentials in the Integrations page or use OAuth for S/4HANA Cloud.

   Map fields

   Map extracted fields (vendor, invoice number, line items) to SAP IDoc or BAPI parameters.

3. 3

   Run extraction

   Upload invoices — extracted data is pushed to SAP and the original PDF is archived against the document.
